Exclamation RIM files on Vista

Please Login to Remove!

When I was getting an Intellisynch error message, one of the FAQs suggested deleting or renaming the Intellisynch folder and then synching the device to produce a new one. This worked, however the guidance for locating that folder did not apply to Vista. For Vista Business you first locate your user folder at C/Users. Look for a folder with your name (or the one you gave to your user). Then go to AppData/Roaming/Research in Motion/Blackberry/Intellisynch. I do not know whether Vista Home or Premium have the same file structure.
