Default Removing IT Policy

Please Login to Remove!

I do not have an email plan with my phone, so I can't get on the internet, does that matter at all in removing my IT Policy. I am removing it so I can use the phone and disable the password protection. Will I have any problems if i follow this Remove IT Policy - BlackBerryFAQ.com
Part of the instructions say to
"Right-Click the Policy Manager Folder and select New/String Value. Name the value Path. Now, Double-Click the Path Subkey and set Value Data to: C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\policy.bin"
Will that all be straight forward when I do this, "name the value path" doesn't seem to make sense to me.

I just don't wanna start to remove the IT Policy and figure out part way through, that I don't know what I am doing and I'll end up ruining the phone.

You've already been given good advice on what you need to do.

Is it possible to unlock the camera??

You don't think ppl buy stolen phones and phones ppl found on EBAY????????
Maybe they should all return them too. I'm not returning the phone. If nobody want's to help me then fine, I'll try figuring it out myself.

Stolen phones? I thought yours was found in a bar.

I'm not dealing with those people. You are the one that asked the question, you got my answer.

You've got access to all the resources as everyone else here. So, go hack your BB and see how much it is worth to you tomorrow.

Ah, I see. The old, "Other people do it so it's ok for me to do it" defense. You have a chance to do the right thing. Yes, the others should return them too. But you don't have any way to control that. What you can control is what YOU do. So what's the price of honor these days? How much did you pay your slimey "friend" for the stolen goods?

You know what honor is? It's doing the right thing when nobody is looking, simply because it's the right thing. But it doesn't sound like you do, and that's sad.
