Question Where is BES user manual?

Please Login to Remove!

Hello

Where can i find a user (not an admins or setup guide) manual which shows users how BES should appear on their BBs? I must be missing something really basic not to be able to find such a document, eh?

Since I'm using an Exchange hosting service (Intermedia) which often has issues, how can I know exactly how various BES features should be used via BB?

For example, how does a user with full access to another email account actually use this on a BB? Or, if the user needs to "Send As" shouldn't the other email account appear as a possibility on From when creating an email?

With a user manual, I think I would be able to hold it up to the hosting provider to point out when something isn't working properly, which it often isn't.

Many thanks.

Wirelessly posted (RIM BlackBerry 8300 Curve: BlackBerry8300/4.2.2 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/122)

I wouldn't hold your breath - the manual for my BlackBerry 8300 Curve, operating via the BlackBerry Internet Solution (BIS), was paper-thin and told me almost nothing about my device!

99% Of my questions I have either answered myself, or had answered here.
