Question blackberry 8830

Please Login to Remove!

I would like to install the Italian language in the phone. I want to ensure that all functions, the setup wizard, voice dialing, and consequently all commands bb.
I tried to install the software device in Italian from the official site bb, I thought to be able to replace the phone in the various files, but I can not even to get in the software. After installing the original cd rom can'tI go forward. If you have any advice. Luca thanks. Excuse for my English. Hello

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry 8100: Opera/9.50 (J2ME/MIDP; Opera Mini/4.0.10031/230; U; en))

Do you have a BlackBerry data plan on your account?

Also, when you say Italian software, what exactly are you trying to install?

I don't see why the BB data plan matters for the OP. It's not germane to loading language support.

In short, you need 8830 handheld software for your device that includes the language support that you're looking for. You can't load the handheld software from any other model. I don't happen to know which, if any, fits your needs but I recommend looking around in the 8800 forum to see if there's any info there.

Thank you for your answer, but I can not do what you say to me.
You can explain step by step what should I do after the CD installed in the phone. Thanks.

You may not be able to install the Italian language in 8830. It is not officialy supported for this device.

You should return it and get yourself 8800 or 8820.
