Default Blackberry Signature

I apologize in advance as I'm sure this has been posted numerous times... but couldn't find anything.

Is there a way to create a signature / disclaimer statement on a Blackberry that uses generic internet mail (no enterprise server).

What about if they have a MS Exchange Server?

Thanks in advance - David

Signatures are done differently between BES and BIS. For BIS it's done on the BIS website. For BES there is a place for it under Messages >Options >Email Settings or in Desktop Manager.

I am presuming that you use BIS. If so login to your BIS account from a PC and Edit the account. You will see the signature block. Make it what you want and do it for each account.

If you use the re-director it will be on the first page of the Email Settings tab.

Good Luck!

Not all service providers offer this, in whuch case you should just create an AutoText-based signature, like I did...
