Hi

One of my clients reports that attachments in txt format he receives return a "document empty" error when he tries to open them from his BB. These same txt files open normally with Notepad on the desktop. I forwarded the msg with the txt file attachment to my own BB and got the same error.

Does anyone have any clue why this occurs?

I get this sometimes with my older 7105t. The same message sent to my Curve has no problems. I'm guessing it's just an older model not handling messages well.
