Just purchased this phone. Unfortunately when I synch with the desktop software v.4.3 it wants to delete all my calendar entries in outlook 2007.
I am using Vista
Any ideas?
Love the phone by the way.

Default Mailbox Wins

Check your BBDM > Synchronize > Configuration Tab > .... look under Configuration Reconciliation (Make sure Mailbox wins ) & also for Configure sync ( make sure in the options for EACH component 0 Email/Calendar/etc; that synchronize is chosen not replace HH).

Hoping this helps ... Its been a while since I've used BBDM, and I don't have a BB just yet; but I do have BBDM v4.3 installed on my PC.

Lastly, check the FAQ's link for some great tips ... and inform us if your on BES or not.
