Exclamation I need help getting my 8703 back

Please Login to Remove!

After 3 months I still can't get use to the track ball on my new pearl. Very unreliable and would like to go back to my 8703e I still have....only one problem....I went to connect my 8703 to my laptop to sync everything back up, and it crashed....is it possible to sync using the 4.3 desktop software? What do I do to get my 8703 back up and running?

uninstall your 4.3 and go to 4.2 sp2. 4.3 has some bugs where it crashes sometimes. But yes, an 8700 series device will sync with DM 4.3 no problem, provided that the install is not corrupted and works properly.

Also, when I try to turn on my 8703, the hour glass pops up when loading but then shuts off again...
