Default can someone help me out please?

I just recently purchased a blackberry 8703E and i want to transfer songs from my computer to my blackberry, how do i go about and do it? my friend says i need a media player or something? i installed the software that came with the cd but idk how to go abouts and transfer music can someone with the same phone help me out please?

On a 8703? it really is not a multi media device for lots of music and such. You have limited memory on the device and more than a handful of songs will be too many.

it does not come with a media player for that reason. You need a BB with the extended media card, for music , videos, etc.

I don;t know much about your model....do you have Media Card capability? You should be able to connect via the USB and launch the Desktop Manager. You can click on Media Manager and highlight song files and then press the arrow key to take it from the PC to the Handheld.

8703 no media card capability.

Romeo, you will need to upgrade your BB Operating System to 4.2+ to get ANY media ability on that device, and the ability to move any music via media manager.

Try ROXO Media, one way to transfer songs from your PC to BlackBerry. Don't forget to format your MM card before use it some time provide error while in data transferring.

john, did you read any of this thread before typing that reply?
For instance, just where will the user put his media card?
