doesn't work. Same URL is posted at blackberry.com.

Any idea what the working URL for AT&T is?

It's the right site.

You must have somehow gone to another carriers site first. Clear your Internet History, Cookies and Temp Files and try again.

Right Click IE Icon, Properties>Clear Cookies, History and Temp Files (check off-line too)

Try it again after.

My first guess is that you setup your accounts on you BB and you now can't sign in from a PC to the BIS. That link will solve it for you.
