i jsut installed the latest update for the BB 8703E, but i cant seem to find the ROXO MEDIA icon anywhere? i have it on my BB but i cant find it on the Device Manager, how do i go about and find it and transfer songs from my computer to the BB

Try to reinstall ROXO Media could be the problem with the program file. Or find another software for PC to BB transfer file!!

romeo, installing an OS upgrade does not install Roxio, which is installed with desktop manager on your PC.

yes it is connected through the USB cord

Does Roxio work with an 8703e? That device doesn't have a microSD card slot. You can't transfer music to it.

you can use media manager with a device without a media card. you can even transfer files to the device and remove them from a device. Perhaps not the 8703, but it works on 81xx-88xx without a media card
