Default PIN delay

I just recieved a PIN message the other day from a Telus customer. I'm on Rogers. It came about 24 hours late. Anyone else experience receiving delayed PIN messages?

What's the point of PIN messaging if it's not instant? Does this have anything to do with being different carriers?

I PIN daily between Rogers, Telus, Bell, TMo no issues here...

hmmm...must have just been slow networks that day then...i'll report any other instances i experience...
