I have a 7100g and it seems to take like 20-30 minutes to recieve the email that I just got in Outlook to my BB? I use the BB web client to set my pop3 personal email. Also, when I delete email from the BB it does not delete it from the BB web client even though I have it set to permanetly delete when deleted from BB and I even tried to reconcile to see if it does anything? Please help me fix this problem.

Are you sure you're not exaggerating the 20-30 minutes?
15 minutes is normal... but I can understand that 15 minutes can feel like 20-30 minutes for a new, somewhat anxious, user.
