Is there anyway I can pickup multiple e-mail addresses from my contacts on blackberry, instead of typing them individually. Thanks in advance.

In your address book, you can create groups...

One problem we have found is that groups created in your Outlook contacts do NOT transfer to your BB. BB created groups do NOT show up in your Outlook. The only way we found to to create duplicates in each location.

Correct. Distrobution lists do not sync. Just re-create and save.
