Done all the usual uninstall tasks, deleted everything on the system that relates to this program but after restarting/rebooting the box comes up at start up asking if I want to uninstall, then gets stuck just when you think its going to work and an error message comes up.
Can't reinstall/repair or upgrade, can't do anything with it.
After it's installed, run it (shortcut should be on your Start menu). The utility will display a list of programs installed through Windows Installer. If you find any entries for Blackberry and/or Rim in the "Installed Products" listing, select it/them, then hit "Remove" and let the cleanup utility do its thing.
If that doesn't help, you might try Total Uninstall. It's not free but it has a 30day trial. I haven't used it myself, but I know some people that recommend it.
Daphne, thank you so much for the link, it worked after days of trying with lots of other ideas. I can't believe its gone now, just need to down load an application again so i can starting using my BB properly.
Thanks again
