Default problem install BB express

After receiving my PIN I downloaded the .exe file and tried to install on a Windows 2003 server. Once clicked on it I got " this is not Win32 applicaiton" error. And I downloaded several times, just to make sure it's not a bad file. Same result. Any idea why?

thanks.
