Well first off, I am new to BlackBerry, so please take it easy on me and explain things like I am a child...

Anyhow, I got my 8700 set up just the way i wanted it, my gmail account, my adressbook, etc. My wife, wanted her 8100 set up the same (this is where I think I messed up). I used the "Switch Device Wizard" on the BB Manager on hers, well....

Needless to say the 8100 has both mine and her email, it has lost folders, lost the browsers, etc. How do I "wipe" it clean? I looked under options (in all the folders and sub folders) and can not fine where to do this.

Should I do it? Is there a better way to "reset" her phone to default settings? After I get it to default, what is the best way for me to transfer my address book to hers?

You should be able to delete the service books for the email you don't want. Then go to Options >Advanced Options >host routing table >menu key > register now.

Also, if a wipe is necessary I don't think you need to wipe the OS. Simply go to Options >Security Options >General Settings >menu key >wipe handheld. This will wipe all data and leave the basic OS.

Thanks ya'll! I followed the link below to wipe it, then set it all back up as new. I then read more about the BB Manager and backed up my BB to it, then Advanced restored the address book only to my wifes. Worked like a charm, thanks again!
