Default Application Permissions on a 7290

I have a client that is attempting to use my application on a 7290 device. My application needs to make an https connection and therefore the user needs to edit their application permission to allow this. Unfourtunately, this particular device doesn't seem to have this option (it seems to have been stripped from the device). If he goes to Options, there are no advance options and the edit permissions for the application are missing entirely. Does anyone know why this might be and how I might go about fixing it.

Looks like an IT policy has some restrictions set. If this BB is on a BES server he will have to ask the Admin's
