Default Exception error

Have looked at all the FAQs and followed all the steps but when I try to pair my BB 8800 with a TT920 everything seems to work well, connected!

Trying to copy my phone book contacts to my TT I get the following -

Uncaught exception:java.lang,ClassicCastException

I've seen other posts with this question but theres not been a reply that is relevant to me, there must be someone out there that recognises this and that can tell me what i can do, pleeeeease.

Its just all mumbo jumbo to me, it did copy contacts, then one morning it wasn't working!!

Deleted and disabled from my BB and from the TT, no joy. Taken the battery out of both many times, no good. Deleted all contacts file from the TT, no good.

Can't beleive it did work and now doesnt, I subscribed to TT traffic and now can't use it or use my phone hands free through bluetooth. Boo hoo!!

Sorry to sound stupid, but can you explain what you mean by that.

I read it as asking Orange to re-send the BB service to me, is that right?
