random email box on my blackberry

I am having problems with my Messenger and have been on tech support a couple times today and my BBM is still busted.

One of the tech support reps was sending me something and after hanging up I have a new email box on my blackberry. The weird thing is that the icon for it is a yahoo icon. I sent an email to the address and mine to see if I can send and it worked. So I have access to some random email account on my blackberry.

Try removing your email account from the BIS site and then readding it.

Just had to delete the service books on the device.

Just had to delete the service books on the device.
So you deleted the service books, resent service books, and problem solved?

Threads don't get marked solved, but I'm probably not alone in appreciating updates. Many ask a question and disappear. Kudos for coming back with the update.

How do you delete service books and resend them? can you do this yourself? or can it only be done by your provider?

Options > advanced options > service book to get to service books

Resend service books from your carrier's BIS site or call custoner service and ask them to send
