Is it possible to enter contacts on your blackberry and have it synch back to your outlook wirelessly via BES 4.1? Basically what I want to do is enter a contact on my blackberry have it automatically update my outlook contacts wirelessly via Bes 4.1 without connecting with a cable?

BES does this automatically for you.

Just go into your address book, then choose Options.
Set Wireless Synchronization to YES.
