I have recently moved one of my users to another Exchange server and he is not receiving any emails on his device. We use 8100 devices. The mailbox has been moved to another exchange server store on a different server. We use Exchange 2003 SP2. I have done the following :-
Reloaded the user. Did not work.
Ran handheldcleanup –u and stopped and restarted the Blackberry Services. Did not work.
Ran IEMSTEST against the users mailbox, it successfully opened it up, created and then deleted the folder.
Checked BESAdmin permissions on destination servers mailbox store and they have full control permissions over exchange.
Deleted and readded the user did not work either.
The cdo.dll and mapi32.dll files are the same version on both the destination exchange server and BES server.
Some event id’s are 20049, 20154, 20400.
Some help on this matter will be greatly appreciated as I am working on a mail migration project where further mailboxes will be migrated.
