I have a Blackberry Pearl 8130 with Sprint. I purchased the Freedom Universal Keyboard and I got an error saying Keystroke Injection doesn't allowed on my device. I emailed Paul at Freedom and he gave me directions to allow Keystroke Injection and I did. I am still getting this error. I have had the keyboard for over a week now and it looks nice but I would like to use it. I am not on a (BES) Blackberry Enterprise Server.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Or has anyone experienced the same issue? Any help would be appreciated.

If this is potentially an IT policy issue (and I don't know that it is), it doesn't matter that you are not on BES now. Was the blackberry ever on BES? Is it secondhand? If so, check in security options and see if a policy is present.
