Any suggestions? Only have one other mail account aside from a BES Acct. Pulled battery but the icon is still there. Any suggestions?

he already did that; try to remove and re-setup the other email acct

Check "Saved Messages." Go to Messages, hit menu and select View Saved Messages. Then do the same thing and select "View Folders." Check all the folders
