Running BESX 4.0, DM 4.0, Handheld 7290. The arrow in Backup and Restore> Advanced is still dimmed for Browser Bookmark and Quick Contacts, etc. and so cannot transfer the information from Desktop File databases to Handheld databases. Wireless Synchronization for Addressbook, Calendar, Tasks and Memopad is set to "No" on handheld and also in BlackBerry Manager, already cleared "Enable this user for Automatic Wireless Backup" in PIM Sync tab. Any idea? Workaround? Thanks!
