Is there any way to keep old appointments on my Outlook but not have them on my BB.

Set the date limit for syncing to your BB to as recent as you like, in the sync configuration in DM.

You can also set the "Keep Appointments" option in your BB in Calendar Options (go to calendar, hit BB key and select "Options."

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry8130/4.3.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/105)

Ya I have it set in my BB but the least is 15 days. So can I set just the first date range or do I have to set both.

Depends on what you want...you should set whichever combination is closest to meeting your needs...

The sync setting in DM controls what gets sync'd to your BB, the setting on the BB controls how long it stays around.

I would go into the Desktop Manager and configure the sync only upcoming appointments that should do what you want.
