Sync with multiple computers
Does anyone know if I can sync my contacts and tasks with my Mac at home and sync with the office PC for my schedule at work?

Sure can, I use a PoerBook at home with PocketMac Blackberry Sync and a PC at work to sync contacts, calendar, note etc.

I have a customer that wants to sync with multuple pc's. desktop at office, laptop on the go, and desktop at home. He has the 7750 device with 4.0 os, BB desktop is the latest 3.x.

We have ran into an interesting senario:
1-Syncs at office accepts all changes.
2-Syncs at office for last time before going changes
3-Syncs at home...and there are changes.

Strange. Has anyone experienced this?

issues with multiple syncing
Hello All!

I sync my Berry at work and at home. I cannot figure out for the life of me why some information from my outlook at work that I sync on my berry does not subsequently properly sync on my outlook at home? some information that is on the bayberry just does not syn.

Its really bizarre?
Does anyone have any ideas!

Do you use hosted exchange email? Do you have your outlook setup with a offline folders? I am trying to isolate the problem a client of mine is having. I am wondering if it is because the memory on the blackberry is too low or it is because the outlook sync cache is not syncing correctly

I don't use it offline or the exchange server. I don't know what to do.

Can you tell me more about your setup? What version of outlook? What version of the blackberry desktop? What version of Windows xp? service pack 2?

Both computers are using outlook 2003, blackberry desktop software both using windows XP Professional and both using Service pack 2.

However, my computer at work up until 3 weeks ago was on windows 98 and i synced with that computer before i changed to the newer computer. On windows 98 i also had an earlier version of the bberry desktop software installed. is it possible that once I synced with windows 98 and tried on my computer it "screwed up the settings" and even though I started to sync on windows xp professional thereafter, there is still something screwy in the settings of my home computer after I synced it with a berry tht was synced with windows 98?

further syncing issues
Perhaps I should clarify my question that I posed earlier and someone can help me.
Prior to having a BBerry I had a palm pilot. I used to mainly sync at work but I would also sync at home, and it made my life a lot easier.
Essentially, the computer/palm pilot would know which one of them was updated last and would incorporate the more recent updated information on the device (commputer or palm) that was not updated.

Now I thought that the bberry would work in the same fashion, however, when i try to sync at home it just does real screwy things. some things that I have worked on do not transfer on my home computer, and things that were on my home computer that were there prior to more recent syncs return to my bberry - these are items i physically deleted from my bberry since my last sync with my computer at home -really strange.
both computers use windows xp professional, both use desktop software 4.00.3.
The only thing unique about my bberry, which should not have any effect on the syncing is that i don't use it at all for email, rather for a phone and calendar.

please advise if anyone has any ideas? is there something in the way i could have setup my desktop software on both computers that could be diferent that i am not noticing that could be screwing around with the syncing?

Thanks a lot
