Hi I am unable to make calls from my addressbook. However i can dial and make calls manually. This was never a problem before. I would like to format the whole BB and reinstall everything. How can i do that. I have the newest version of software on my bb 7510. I also have the copy on my desktop computer. I have tried to fix these things through desktop manager but the 7510 update program wont install again. Maybe it is because i already have that version on my bb. Can anyone help?

go to DM and application loader and advanced and wipe it all out and reload radio software
