You need a BlackBerry Data Plan in order to get service books.
There is no other way.

You have to get the plan. Then sign into T-Mobile's BIS site, identify your Blackberry by PIN and EMEI, and then have them send the service books to your Blackberry. Which, like Penguin3107 said, they won't do unless you have the Blackberry data plan.

Wirelessly posted (7100t: BlackBerry8300/4.2.2 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102)

You can also call customer service to have them sent over the air. Dial 611

Not if they don't have a blackberry data plan?

Why would you want them without a data plan?

Wrong.
Service books are useless without a Blackberry Data Plan.
Even if they're on the device... if there's no data plan, they won't work.

Word had it that with the .107 software the Blackberry Voice Addon was no longer needed to allow MMS and t-zones access without a Blackberry data plan.
