Default Newby? Can't get email to sync

Please Login to Remove!
from my office outlook to my 7100t, calender and contacts are working fine but...just can't get the email to sync, right now I don't have the net on the BB so trying to sync by cable, really don't have a clue here been trying for a while now going through the help info... [email address]
any help would be appreciated, not even sure where to start with this..

Email does not ever copy to the handheld. You can reconcile email, which means if you have an Exchange server you can match up what is read, deleted, etc.. but Intellisync does not copy.

I'm with tkrinor on this one. I have the same issue on a BlackBerry 7250. Everything syncs EXCEPT email. Help would be appreciated.

do you mean you cant get email to synch, meaning deletse ect, your 7100 is not at one-to-one reconciliation?Or do you mean that you are not getting email on the bb,but your calendar etc is therE?
do you use a bes server? or do you use your desktop as a redirector?

mail never syncs it is pushed only calender and contatcs are synced
