| Go to your desktop control panel and do Add/Remove Programs and remove the handheld software. Make sure you have the handheld software ready to re-install, and as soon as the uninstall is complete, do a re-install. If you're a good Windows citizen, then you should probably reboot in between. After that, re-register your bluetooth headset, and you should get your Bluetooth icon back in your home screen, once the device is registered... Good luck. |
