if a message was recalled by a Outlook user the message will disappear from recipient's mailbox. But not the message on Blackberry handheld. I think I have waited long enough. I don't know how recall works. But it seems to me that it's not just deleted the message because I don't even see it from my Deleted Items folder or dumspter. So can you recall or wipe a message once it reached BB handheld? We are using Exchange 2003, Outlook 2003 and BES 4.1.3 and BB 4.x on handhelds.
