do a quick search on the forums for gsmphonesource. i have used them before and it was an excellent experience

Yeah, Sith's tip is the place to go.

If you bought it from your current carrier and have had it for at least a few months, they may unlock it for you. Give 'em a call.

TMO unlocked 2 of my phones.
