Default Complete list of GPS capabilities for all BB devices

Please Login to Remove!

Hi everyone,

The following chart is fantastic for listing JSR compatibility, and giving the Cellsite, Assisted, and Autonomous distinctions for each of the devices. The problem is that it's not complete.

Article Number: DB-00615
Livelink - Redirection

I am interested in seeing the specs for the 8820, and a number of other devices not listed on this chart. Is anyone aware of a comprehensive listing for all devices, the 8820 specifically, and/or some other partial listings of devices.

Any help is sincerely appreciated. Thanks, -Chris

Odd. According to chart 8830 has all 3 types of GPS but I can't get location of GPS without network connectivity. According to blackberry manual, I should be able to get location by GPS in advanced options but that is not the case for me.

Thanks to everyone that responded previously, it is very helpful.

Now I am interested to know the JSR-179 compatibility for both the 8320 and 7250. I have not been able to find this information in the BB knowledge base or this forum. Any help is greatly appreciated. -Chris
