Unhappy Can't access internet

Hi gentlemen,
I think my half knowledge has killed me.
Without knowing the fact, I bought BB Pearl on e-bay. Although phone is unlocked (I mean I can use it as normal phone on my wind network in Italy), I don't have e-mail set-up or browser application in my menu. I don't know how to activate e-mail set-up and internet as it asks me to contact my service provider. Since I have not purchased pearl from service provider, they may not help me.
How I should go about to use pearl with all functionality. I am ready to spend for it.

You need to contact your service provider and have them add a BlackBerry Data Plan to your account.
Once your account is properly provisioned with the correct BlackBerry Data Plan, you will then get your Browser and E-Mail Setup Icons.

When you call your provider, make sure you tell them you have a BlackBerry, and need a BlackBerry Data Plan.
