I tried scheduleworld and mobical, and didn't have great success with either.

Haven't tried O-Sync, they suggest using the NextHaus SyncML client for BB...(that's what I tried w/SWorld and Mobical) which is about $30 I think.

The funambol BB sync client was just updated, haven't tried that either. I'm in the BBerrySync Beta, and right now am placing my bets on those guys to get it going for us.
