Default Music/Podcasts on Blackberry

I am currently a Samsung Blackjack owner considering switching to a Blackberry device due to various reasons. The newer Blackberry's seem more consumer friendly than past models. My biggest concern is playing podcasts. Since I like to listen to long podcasts -- shows lasting generally between 30 minutes and 2 hours -- it would be nice if Blackberry had software that had a bookmark feature to save your spot during a long show instead of having to fastforward back to it if you close the application. Is there any such software at this time? As a comparison, I use pocketplayer on my Blackjack as my primary media player. Also if there are any other limitations or benefits to using a Blackberry vs. WM device, please advice me. Thank you very much for any feedback.
