Unhappy Changing Handset - Help!!!!!

I have recently bought a new handset. I previously had a 7100 registered with T-Mobile here in the UK. Today I bought a sim-free 7290 and tried to register it. Disaster!! - T-Mobile cannot seem to change the PIN! It keeps saying that my account is registered to the PIN on my old handset but when I send the details of the new PIN and IMEI it tells me that these are already registered in an account on their system. Has anybody else had this problem and if so how was it solved? Many thanks, Sally

P.S. I suspect the problem is with T-Mobile and is not with my handset - but maybe I'm wrong?

T-Mobile either needs to release the BWC account (call customer care and have them escalate to Blackbery support) or use the Set Up Email icon on the new device and create a new BWC account.
