Content Protection - Locked Down

Hi there,

Can anyone help with this problem. I have a BB 8100 and I have gone to disable the 'Content Protection' on the device and found that this locked down (red padlock next to field). Is this due to an attached policy at BES server level or can this be unlocked from the device?

Sounds like IT policy. If the is your employer's blackberry, you need to talk to your IT people.
