In general does t-mobile or Cingular list their international roaming partners for the Blackberry? I will be in St. Petersburg Russia in August – and am looking for what (if any solutions) there are.

i just did a quickserach on gsm world and cingular and it looks like russia has only gsm and that is spotty.

quickly: what that means is that you will have voice and text message capability but no email. i would check a little more--I think that I researched russia 5 months ago and there is some gprs available. (read email)
