Default how do i get a sms based instant messanger?

i dont have a data plan for my bb.. does anyone know where i can download a sms based instant messanger app without a data plan? like via usb or something.

use OZ Instant Messaging. you should be able to use the WAP browser to download it (its small and the charge for the download wouldnt be that much) Not sure if you can download that and install via DM

check your browser bookmarks. last i check on my 8100 it was listed there. (this was a while ago to be honest)

hm yeah its there but its only for the 8100 any way i can get an app for a 8310?

did you try and install it? many times the application will work across devices. Another on here may possibly know how to get OZ another way.

the OZ uses text to send and receive the messages, but wont it use data to update the buddy list?
