I always thought it was calculated on your usage. If your usage required more space, it was allocated automatically. Perhaps I thought wrong though?

Mine is upgraded as well.

I don't think it's by usage. I've never had more than 5 meg on mine that I can remember, and that's after getting a number of emails with several attachments. Back about a month or so ago they raised us from 10 to 18 meg and someone said they were doing it in steps and the next step was 25. I just got the increase today.

Some providers will allow you to purchase more webclient space. However, the capacity of the client is static and is not automatically adjusted based on usage patterns.

My provider, Bell Mobility, has also upped the box from 18 to 25MB. It's a good change.

...and my T-Mobile account is now 25mb as well. It looks to be across the board.

Cheers, Rich

Any way to get it from Nextel?
I did an IMEI swap to activate my 7520 and got the unlimited BB plan with Web Client, but my client is only at 10MB. I keep hitting the limit.

Customer (We Don't) Care insists that 10MB is the maximum, they won't even offer to charge more for more space!

Is there any secret handshake, sword, scepter, ring, etc. that I can get to allow me access to the magical 25MB web client limit, please?

Thanks!!

how long have you had the 7520 it took several months for mine to increase give it a day or so. I bet you will see it go to 18 mb the 25 thats what happened to all of us.

Alot of the nextel reps dont know anything about blackberrys thats why we all come here

Welcome to the world of BB's. Nextel Customer Care has no clue what a BB is, at least most of them. From now on try calling BlackBerry Web Support for Nextel. They handle anything related to your BB. Here is the #: 866-265-8305.

No like Dawg said, give it a day or two. Specially since you just got it.

I never can remember that number i have it in my bb I just never think to look at it.
