Default Lotus Notes Native Encryption without BDM?

Hi, I have all the pre-requisites for Lotus Notes Email encryption except I do not want to use Blackberry Desktop Manager as all devices are deployed using Enterprise Activation. Is there anyway of getting encrypted Email messages to work with this configuration?

It's either Desktop Manager or Domino Web Access.
