Default Desktop Manager Add-in issue

Please Login to Remove!

I am having issues syncing Add-in in BDM.It just keeps checking for Add-in and does nothing. I have to go to task manager to close the BDM application.

Any help in debugging the issue will be appreciated...
I removed BDM - reinstalled and it worked once or twice (that session only) - and then it went back to above problem...

Basic Profile: Outlook 2007, Windows XP, Blackberry Desktop Manager 4.3
Franklin Covey Planplus v5.
