Our COO had to replace his BlackBerry 8830 and when he brought the new one over, I assigned the new device to his user on BES.
When Enterprise Activation ran, it did not sync the Calendar. I wiped the BlackBerry and reactivated it. Then it did not sync the Address Book.
I have tried resending Service Books, deleting and undeleting the Desktop[SYNC] service book, wiping, starting from scratch... and either the pile Address Book or pile Calendar does not sync.
Anyone have a clue as what to do? I am going nuts...
