It is formatted different it's actually:
the data rep I spoke to told me it's because I don't have a BB data plan which made me laugh because I do have one. He then assumed I was in an area with 1 bar of signal I said wrong its an area where I have 5 bars. After that he said let me look at your account and put me on hold. After a few mins he came back and said that he found the problem, I said that's fantastic and proceeded to ask him what the issue was.
He started to lecture me about filters and told me that it seems that my gmail accounts have filters on them and that there is NO need to EVER use a filter on any BlackBerry. I told him that I have filters in place so I do not receive a duplicate email of a sent email. He told me it's impossible for gmail to ever send a duplicate and that with google's smarts that their email implementation is second to none. I held my temper and asked to speak to somebody else as this guy was just out to lunch.
He refused and told me that he is top tier support for RIM via the carrier therefore knows the ins and outs. I was unable to send service books on my end and asked if he could at least do that as maybe it'll work he said no so I hung up. Called again and the CSR I spoke to was much better. He reprovisioned my account and sent my service books and now all is fine again.
