Default Trip to Spain

So I'm thinking about taking a trip to Spain next month. But I'm having a hard time finding out if my Cingular will work there. Does anyone know?

What model do you have? The 7290 is a quad band GSM phone.

Here is a good link for GSM coverage worldwide:

GSMWorld is not that great a site. Too generic and not that accurate with GPRS roaming agreements.

Try the Cingular Wireless Travel Guide web site at http://onlinestorez.cingular.com/int...guide/wtg.html

You should be fine in Spain.

So does the Cingular site just show international carriers that they have an agreement with? It is ironic that when you go all the way through the Cingular site and view details it links you to GSM World. Just curious why you don't like GSM World NJ? I have not traveled to all the places our users go so it is a best guess for me... That is the only reason I use it.

I prefer to get information from my specific carrier. They have the most up to date information on who they have roaming agreements with. Simple as that. There is nothing wrong with GSM World. I simply want to find out what my carrier says.
