Default user is getting previous ex-employee personal email

Please Login to Remove!

i gave this user a spare bb cuz he broke his. this spare bb is from a previous ex-employee who probably setup her personal hotmail on it. i replaced the existing sim card with another sim card. i did the 10 passwords tried to wipe out the bb. so now this user are not currently getting his work email but also the ex-employee personal hotmail.

does know how to fix this problem? do i called at&t up and tell them to delete this bis account associated to this bb or what? or do i need to go to option>security and wipe the handheld completely? someone please let me know. thx in advance.

AT&T will have to remove the PIN from the BIS account. There is nothing you can do. wiping the device will remove the data, however with that devices PIN number associated to the BIS account, it will still receive email until AT&T removes it.
