Default What happens to filtered email?

I've set up a address. I also set up some filters on it. I'm wondering what happens to messages that come to the address which the filters keep from getting to my blackberry. Do they get tossed? Or do I need to access the email account from somewhere to empty out the trash bucket?

Little advise: don't use the address. This is discussed numerous times. Do a search.

Their filtering is weak at best. Sometimes stuff gets through and you just scratch your head wondering, "Why didn't this get picked up?" Honestly, I only use my Blackberry email address to forward stuff to my 'berry that I don't want going anywhere else. Or to test my other email accounts. Otherwise, it's best left alone.
