Default BB Service out?

Please Login to Remove!

My BB screen says "Data connection refused"
Is there something wrong with BB server or is it my BB?

Have you tried a battery pull?
Has it ever worked, or is this a new issue?

Your carrier probably removed your BlackBerry Data Plan by accident.
